Parfait Style Strawberry Crepes Recipe | Grain Free Mamas


Cinnamon & Nutmeg Crepe Mix (from Grain Free Mama’s)

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup water

– 3 TBSP unsweetened coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

– 1/16 tsp (about 2-3 drops) vanilla extract

– A sprinkle of Stevia extract (I use Pyure Stevia extract)

– 8 medium ripe strawberries


  1. Begin by washing the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the crepe batter as per the instructions on the Grain Free Mama’s package.
  3. Heat your crepe pan (or stone) to medium-high.
  4. Pour enough batter to make a thin crepe. Watch as the edges lift — it’s time to flip!
  5. Cook for another 30 seconds after flipping, then transfer to a plate.
  6. Repeat until you have three beautiful crepes.
  7. Slice your strawberries thinly.
  8. Mix coconut yogurt with vanilla and stevia in a bowl. Remember, a little stevia goes a long way!
  9. Assemble the parfait by placing a crepe on a plate, then spread half the strawberries and yogurt mix evenly over it.
  10. Layer another crepe on top, add the rest of the mixture, then cap with the final crepe.
